Solo sigue estos sencillos pasos:
1. Primero comprimimos el archivo en WinRar o WinZip. como lo quieran ustedes.
2. Luego entran a Mediafire se registran para que sus discos subidos queden guardados en mediafire, si no se registran, si pierden el link de descarga que les dieron tendrán que volver a subir el disco, si se registran le dan click en my files y les muestra sus archivos subidos.
Nota: pueden también utilizar Badongo,Rapidshare, Zshare u otro.
3.Dan click en Examinar.
4. Seleccionan el archivo comprimido en Winrar o Winzip y le dan abrir.
5. Les va a salir la ventana con el archivo abierto, una vez que este esto le dan en Upload.
Cuando termine mediafire (el servidor utilizado) les va a dar el link de descarga, ese link lo envían al correo de uno de los Administradores:

Listo ellos se encargaran de publicar el archivo.
